Prestige Business ServicesPrivacy & account controls

Privacy policy

Clear choices. Limited access. Account control.

This policy explains the information used by the Prestige website, client apps, employee tools, dispatch features, messaging, and service systems.

Effective August 28, 2026

Information we collect

  • Account and contact information: name, email, phone number, account identifiers, company, and assigned employee or client role.
  • Service and transaction information: service requests, appointments, orders, dispatch records, messages, support history, receipts, and payment status. Full card numbers are handled by the payment provider and are not stored in the Prestige browser app.
  • Location information: pickup, destination, job, or device location when a transportation or field feature requires it and the user grants permission. The public business website does not require location.
  • User content and safety information: messages, uploaded documents, emergency contacts, safety reports, lost-item details, and information voluntarily submitted for a service.
  • Device and diagnostic information: browser or app version, device type, security events, crash details, performance information, notification subscriptions, and network status.

How information is used

  • Provide requested services, coordinate employees and partners, process orders and payments, and deliver receipts.
  • Send requested account, appointment, work-status, safety, email, push, and SMS updates.
  • Protect accounts, investigate fraud or safety incidents, enforce access levels, and maintain audit records.
  • Improve service reliability, accessibility, performance, and customer support.
  • Meet legal, tax, insurance, payment, safety, and recordkeeping obligations.

Prestige does not sell personal information. Transactional text consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing a service.

Service providers and sharing

Information is shared only when needed with vendors processing services for Prestige, such as Supabase for account and database services, Square for payment processing, Google for maps or business email, Twilio or another configured carrier for messaging, hosting and monitoring providers, and approved field or service partners assigned to the work. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or to protect people, accounts, or property.

Permissions and device controls

The app requests a permission only when a feature needs it. Location is limited to transportation, navigation, nearby, or field-work features. Notifications are used for requested work and account updates. Camera, microphone, contacts, and broad storage access are not required by the current Prestige web app. If a future Android build adds a permission, an appropriate in-app disclosure and updated Data Safety statement are required before release.

Retention, security, and deletion

Prestige uses encrypted network connections, role-based access, server-side authorization, and audit records. Information is kept only as long as needed for the service and legitimate business, safety, tax, payment, dispute, or legal requirements. A deletion request requires Administrator or Office Manager approval, followed by a 30-day hold during which the customer may cancel. After the hold, an authorized reviewer must confirm final deletion. Personal information is then deleted or de-identified, except records that must be retained.

Request account and associated-data deletion.
